Digital personal assistant

I have seen personal secretaries who practically take charge of bosses life and help him/her stay organized.

But when it comes to digital assistants almost all of them need to be told what I really want to do and assistants only play role of giving reminder alerts and presenting good status views.

Now for a minute let us look at idea which is developing in healthcare space. Companies are providing health sensors which monitor important parameters and build your digital twin in system. Some of them are using AI to predict hundreds of health markers, which helps them build complete patient profile. Any treatment or intervention can be simulated on a digital twin before applying it on patient.

If I take this idea, then I see myself as constant emitor of digital events. Those events can be my watch tracking my basic movement parameters, my strava tracking my runs, github tracking my commits and clones, Jira and Trello tracking my work activities, my diabetes app tracking my sugar levels, healthifyme tracking my diets, swiggy tracking my food orders, my mails, social media posts, Google tracking my location etc. List can go on and on….

At the same time, I am not really compartmentalized as apps tend to believe, when I have work pressure to finish a task i skip my run, when I want to get desaturated from work I listen music or watch Netflix. Because of work from home, if I am between two calls and I just have 10 minutes and I can not start some new task, I use that time to do few quick workouts like squats.

Since I can not compartmentalize, I am really looking for digital assistant who ‘observe’ my life from all these digital events I am constantly generating and help me proactively organize myself like good secretaries do.

I do not mind opening this data for software to see and even though personally I am little liberal about sharing data with apps which can benefit me, depending upon personal privacy preferences people can choose to open part of data for such apps.

Digital personal assistant can be first use case for building my digital twin. Further we can expose part of this profile to any service which needs my wholesome view. Also this is not one time share of my twin.. it is actually shared stream. Apps can use this stream to provide me real time services .

I shall develop this idea further on this platform as I progress my thoughts on this. Till such time comments are welcome.
