How to Overcome fear

Do you always experience fear when never you want to do something in life?

According to Wikipedia, Fear is an intensely unpleasant emotion in response to perceiving or recognizing danger or threat.

If you let it be a part of you, you will never do anything because you will always see judgment, limitation, and all the negative things out there.

Coming from the background of non-English speakers, it has been difficult speaking in English, as I’m not used to it and what always comes into my mind whenever I want to speak is what if they laugh, what if I get stuck while speaking.

But since the career I’m pursuing, without communication, you can’t succeed, I decided to find a way to conquer the fear of communication, I started raising my hands during sessions to ask a question, and what I noticed is that whenever I do that is like I get exposed to the situation, my confidence increased a bit.

What i learned is that i can overcome fear of communication by just taking one step at a time, This made me join a community where whenever they hold a meetup, I always find something to speak up about even if is just introducing myself, haha, I even don’t care if someone laughs or gets stuck in the way.

So if you want to overcome fear, please don’t overthink it just face it and do it step by step and eventually you will find yourself already adapted the situation.
